Here is our Chrysler 300 in need of a GrillCraft MX Series mesh front
grille.

Remove the plastic clips located on the top side of the bumper cover.

Remove bolts located on the front bottom side of the bumper cover.

Remove the plastic clips that hold front section of the splash shield to
the bumper cover.

Picture # 5

Remove the bolt located in the fender well area behind the splash shield
this bolt is is in the vertical position.

Remove the washer fluid hose and drain the washer fluid.

Picture # 7

Unclip the bumper lamp wire harness.

Picture # 8

Pull the bumper cover forward in order to unlcip the bumper.

On the backside of the bumper cover remove the clip that retains the
bumper foam filler (using a small flat screwdriver will work to remove
this clip)

Removing the backside bumper foam filler.

Picture # 11

Remove the screws that hold the original grille in place.

Picture # 12

Place the GrillCraft Mesh grille into the bumper and mark the mounting tab
hole locations.

Drill 3/16 inch hole for the mounting screws.

On lite colored vehicles we recommend painting the area behind the grille
with fast drying flat black spray paint.

Fasten the grille in place with the supplied hardware.

OPTIONAL Use Chrysler Part# 04805988-AA (chrysler 300 trunk emblem
wings) If you desire the Chrysler Badge on the grille. Remove prongs from
emblem.

The factory emblem has a adhesive back peel and stick to the front of the
grille.

Using the supplied epoxy kit apply the epoxy to the back side of the
emblem.
