Trenz / Lund Billet Grilles |
All Trenz grills are manufactured
from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum, sandblasted, and 3 step powder
coating to resist chipping. Trenz uses only the highest skilled craftsmen,
latest CAD/CAM software, 3D digiting, robotic welders, water and laser jet
technology, and CNC lathing and milling to make their products. Framed
perimeter grills are machined from one solid piece of aluminum.
Polished finished grilles have an 8 step hand polishing process to ensue a
mirror finish or chrome like finish.
